The VISA Fraud Department may call to validate your transactions.  However, they will never ask for your card number or PIN. Our goal is to minimize fraudulent activity and to reach you when potential fraud has been detected. Please make sure we at HCCU have your correct phone number and address.

For 24-7 information on your credit card including balances and transactions call 1-800-808-7230.

To report a lost or stolen credit card call 1-800-808-7230.

For 24/7 information on your debit card including transaction inquiries, damaged card replacements, and more call the Card Care Center at 1-833-357-0004.

To cancel a lost or stolen debit card on weekends or after hours, call 1-800-472-3272, press "2".

Hibbing Co-op Credit Union (HCCU) has been serving the communities of the Iron Range and the neighboring area with a complete array of financial services since 1939. HCCU is a non-profit, member owned cooperative financial institution with membership privileges available to all residents of northern Minnesota.

HCCU has now expanded its services to include an Internet based service that allows you to conduct your banking transactions from the comfort of your home 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to this web site you can use the HCCU Audio Response Line to conduct transactions from a phone. HCCU also offers its members the Go-Everywhere, Do-Everything Card. This is a debit card you can use when making purchases or to conduct transactions at an ATM.

Some of these services may require you to pre-register with HCCU and obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN). As credit union members increasingly use the Internet to perform financial functions, criminals are using more sophisticated methods to steal members' passwords, access codes and to obtain other personal and confidential information (e.g., names, addresses, Social Security numbers).  Identity theft fraud known as "phishing" attacks have increased significantly. Phishing is a term used for criminals' attempts at stealing personal financial information through fraudulent e-mails and Websites designed to appear as though they were generated from legitimate business, financial institutions, and government agencies.
